kind reception many choices butler service dead plants loud music poor value

the butler services was great, they took cares of everything through whatsapp. reception was kind at check-in. breakfast had a lot of choices.

the balcony wasnt cleaned and plants was dead. loud music made it hard for i to sleep because the hotel is next to a wedding venue. the hotel did not gave me value for money compared to a cheaper hotel in the city centre.

huge buffet prompt service

the buffet at breakfast was huge. the staff accommodated our every wish so i could sample cuisine. housekeeping was perfect and prompt service. staff arranged a cake to my room.

the location of the hotel is secluded. a trip to the airport and city takes an hour. i suggest guests look for quiet holidays away from city life.

the sit out bar area is great, so is the swimming pool area. poolside areas are lovely in the evenings, and folk dances happen in the evenings from 6pm-6:45pm.

indian character kumud-nilgiri fragrance

the hotel decor includes heritage indian character throughout. the unique kumud-nilgiri fragrance (a scent I adore) permeated the entire building.

the hotel is next to a wedding venue so loud music continued throughout the night making it hard to sleep.

the gym was equipped well enough.

i found the room service quite slow upon ordering a drink i waited almost an hour i just wanted a gin and tonic i am unsure what the hold up was.
